Thomas Skiffington has been in real estate since 1988 and is very passionate about what he does. As a full-time, professional Realtor, the most important thing to him is to educate his clients and students alike. Real Estate Fundamentals – 30-hour Course
This course introduces students to real estate language, principles, and legal concepts and laws that govern real estate ownership and how it is transferred.

Real Estate Practice – 45-hour Course
This course takes the concepts learned in Real Estate Fundamentals and applies them to procedures and ethics involved in a real estate transaction. During this course, students will be introduced to the most up-to-date contracts utilized in a residential real estate transaction so they are more prepared to practice real estate once obtaining their license.
